India Gary-Martin has held global COO and CTO roles for a number of the world’s largest banks. Having held expatriate assignments in London, Frankfurt, Tokyo and Hong Kong, she has first hand experience operating in global markets. With experience firmly rooted in technology and operations, India is the Chair of the Board of Travalyst and Chair of Risk and Data for C.Hoare & Co. She is a special advisor to comms giant Weber Shandwick and Brazilian tech phenom, Qintess.

In her post executive career, India is a globally recognized leadership expert and executive coach with a clientele of c-suite executives and their leadership teams from around the world. Through her company, Leadership For Execs, she and her team deliver high quality learning content, both bespoke and off-the-shelf to corporate, governmental and not-for-profit enterprise. India and her team focus at the intersection of leadership and ESG with a particular focus on DEI and sustainability.

India is a keynote and panel speaker on the global stage. She is on the coaching faculty at Georgetown University for the Executive Master's in Leadership Program, and a visiting instructor at Howard University (Corporate Education). India was named one of the top 50 businesswomen in Europe and Top 100 Black executives in the UK (Powerlist 100) while an expatriate there. In 2019, India was awarded “Entrepreneur of the Year” by US Based, National Association of Female Executives.

In her philanthropic endeavors, India is a global Ambassador for WOW (Women of The World Foundation & Festivals) and the Executive Producer and Co-Chair of the WOW/United Nations Special Sessions. She is also on the board of the African Gifted Foundation and others.

India is a published writer and speaks fluent French and functional Japanese. She lives between Washington D.C. and London. India is married with 3 children.
