Andrea is the former Chief People Officer at MVF UK and has held various roles, including People Leader roles at MoneySupermarket, ASOS andNBC Universal.

Andrea led the People function at MVF for 7 years before recently leaving this month for a new adventure. Along with her fantastic team, Andrea was responsible for co-creating and executing a People Strategy and Experience that saw MVF go from having 0 people-related awards to seven including hitting the number 1 spot in the Sunday Times Best Company to Work for in 2020. This is her 28th year working in senior, international People roles within film, BPO/ITO, online retail, online comparison sectors and soon, music (one of her big passions). 

She is a fellow of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development) and an EMCC Accredited Coach/Mentor at Practitioner level (European Mentoring and Coaching Council). Andrea loves people - she is dedicated to coaching and developing colleagues to support organisational growth, helping people achieve their personal purpose becoming even better and challenging herself to leave her world better than she found it!
