We understand that you've faced discrimination and obstacles that others may never fully comprehend. That’s why we’ve created a safe space for your personal and professional journey.
We understand that all women face challenges, but as Black and Black mixed heritage professional women, you encounter unique hurdles that require a specific support system.
The Compass Club is designed to address these challenges, provide a safe space to work through them and offer the sisterhood you've been searching for. We believe in empowering every member to embrace their brilliance and demand the recognition they deserve in their careers.

You need to be grateful and keep quiet because at least you’ve got a job.
