Danni is the founder of GentleForces.  A seasoned strategist and transformation leader, she is focused on driving teams and collaboration with partners to deliver large-scale solutions with impact. 

In the last decade Danni has led global change programmes out of adidas, Saatchi & Saatchi New York, Wieden+Kennedy London and WPP.  

She led the strategy and team to reimagine adidas Confirmed – adidas’ largest app – and successfully led the digital transformation of adidas Originals’ 600-person business unit.

Danni co-founded WPP Black Ops – a hyper-accelerated creative unit – across three regions to lead a female-centric global platform for SK-II, a Tokyo 2020/1 Top Olympic Sponsor and part of P&G. 

Danni has had the privilege to speak at the 2021 United Nations General Assembly to launch Join The Chorus, a multi-industry pro bono effort galvanising over 80 volunteers to help end domestic and sexual violence for the Commonwealth Says NO MORE partnership.

Most recently, Danni's company has just launched the latest H&M Move campaign with legendary actress Jane Fonda and well-known choreographer JaQuel Knight.  As she enters the next decade, Danni is using everything she knows to lead GentleForces; a creative impact studio with one outcome in mind: a gentler universe.
