Pamela Zaballa is the Chief Executive Officer for the NO MORE Foundation. For over 20 years Pamela has worked to support domestic and sexual violence victims in different roles in the US and UK, from frontline services, developing shelter accommodation, managing advocacy and children services, setting up human trafficking services, as well as policy and communication roles developing multiple successful action-based campaigns.

Throughout her career, Pamela has had a keen interest in pushing boundaries and developing tech-based solutions for victims of domestic and sexual violence such as specialist domestic violence CRM systems, apps-based solutions and the NO MORE Global Directory, the first-of-its-kind directory of domestic and sexual violence resources for over 200 countries. As a firm believer that all parties need to find a solution to gender-based violence throughout her career, she has developed partnerships and consultancy services with multiple governments, international organizations and global corporations. Pamela is also a board member for the Employer's Initiative Against Domestic Abuse and a member of the Safety Security Council for Match Group.
